Good Morning All!
I know that I have been away for quite awhile. But, during my time away God has been doing HIS work on me and in me, so I yielded to HIS bidding. If, I'm being honest, I've restled with possibly not having anything to say. Who will listen? There are so many people that have more expertise, more education, in the Right circles, etc.
But God said " LaPrecious, YOU are not them and they are not YOU! I gave you a VOICE, I gave you EVERY SINGLE GIFT that you've operated in and Those Gifts I gave you that you feel unworthy of. You My Daughter are AFRAID! What can man do to you? You are mine. Don't stare at men and their faces. Don't listen to them. You have everything that you need because I HAVE SUPPLIED IT. Will you trust ME? GO FORTH!!!!!"
My answer is YES! YES! YES! my return to this blog is an act of obedience. Yes, God created me as a very creative individual, with music being the foundation of that creativity. SO, my message to you all, DO IT AFRAID! even if you don't know the next steps. Because , I sure don't. I've decided to go with all GOD has for ME, unapologetically . I have realized that it's not about me. It's about my family, future generations, people that I've not met yet . It's about me being a willing vessel, and understanding that people may or may not like me, or what I'm doing. But, my eyes are fixed on Him, My Redeemer. This Blog is dedicated to the ONE, who created me, saved my soul, healed me, forgave me, restored me, corrects me, guides me, keeps me in the palm of HIS HAND. I am NOTHING without HIM, and I'm so grateful that HE chose me!
So, let's get to it. This beautiful artist that I will be sharing with you is Jordan G. Welch. The name of the album is called ONE. When I tell you that this album is all worship and meditation on Scripture and who God is. I've been playing this album on repeat daily for 2 months. Jordan has a voice of an angel, so clear. I also love the fact that she has reprises! I love reprises, and the late eighties and nineties RnB had the best reprises. But' I digress. To be honest, there have not been many gospel artists that I can play their music all the way though. Just know I play this entire album all the way through EVERY. SINLGE. TIME.
Jordan if you ever read this post. Please don’t stop singing , operating in your gifts. This album has blessed my soul, and it's helping to memorize scripture, and reminds us that THE ONE LOVES US. but', that we should always live a life of worship in every area of our lives.
To all that will read this: I pray that GOD meets you where you are, and fill every void in your lives, but more importantly you hunger for Him. For , those that have turned away from Him, He hasn't turned away from you. He Still loves you. His arms are wide open, come back, it's not to late.
